309 BARCELONA DR Building Permit: Residential Alteration

Paul Davis Restoration will restore framing and drywall to pre-fire condition at 309 Barcelona Dr, gutting the interior to the studs (the garage is being spared), re-framing fire-damaged roof members, replacing 5/8" roof decking where needed, and installing synthetic felt. The owner, Valencia Villas at Landis Lakes Home, has Stonehenge Construction lined up to handle mechanicals, cabinetry, trim, doors, flooring and paint; after mechanical rough-ins pass inspection PDR will hang and fire-tape the drywall — the project is estimated at $175,000.
