1130 OKOLONA TER building permit submitted for residential alteration

Owner Coleman Iran has filed a residential alteration permit for 1130 Okolona Ter with Hunter & Associates Const Co I listed as the contractor. The attic fire caused mostly water and smoke damage (firefighters cut a 3x3 hole in the roof) and the interior was gutted down to the studs and hardwood floors. Repairs include new shingles, siding, gutters, exterior doors and five windows, plus some sunroom wall reframing, with the project estimated at $189,000.
