Randall Ray Enterprises LLC is reconfiguring the first floor at 1405 Morton Ave, moving a non-load-bearing wall in the kitchen and bathroom to create a new layout. All mechanicals have already been updated, and the residential alteration includes new insulation, drywall and finishes with an estimated cost of $120,000.
