305 KILMORY AVE Building Permit for attic fire repairs and interior upgrades
HK Property LLC is repairing the Krupa Bhavsar property at 305 Kilmory Ave after an attic electrical fire left some truss damage. The work will put in all-new electrical, replace damaged trusses, install new floors and some drywall, and finish with fresh paint and finishes — the project is estimated at $75,000.
The city has not published a date for when this began.
