Architectural Builders is handling a fire-restoration rebuild at 1400 Whisperwood Trace for owners Gary Wayne and Barbara M. Leonhardt, reconstructing the house on the existing foundation and adding a new rear crawl-space foundation per the plans after demolition was completed. The one-story project is about 4,429 sq ft with four bedrooms, keeps existing structural deck members and retaining walls, and is estimated at $821,000.
