2238 Hale Ave Building Permit submitted for renovation

Brook Street Enterprises LLC has submitted a residential renovation permit for the single-story home at 2238 Hale Ave. The 1,600 sq ft house is getting a broad refresh — updated electrical, plumbing and HVAC, a new roof and flooring, plus a new bath (tub/shower, toilet, sink) and updated kitchen appliances and cabinets — with the project estimated at $25,000.
