710 Kirsch Way building permit approved for 384 sq ft ADU conversion

Beta Remodeling Services LLC, led by Jose Betancourt, has formalized a finished 384 ft² Accessory Dwelling Unit for owner Rosa Maria Domenech at 710 Kirsch Way. The unit was converted from an attached storage/garage within the existing footprint (no foundation or load-bearing changes) and includes a compact kitchen, full bath, ceramic tile floors, a mini-split heat pump, upgraded electrical service to 200A with a 100A sub-panel, and required smoke/CO detectors. Inspections were approved Aug. 28 with final sign-off Oct. 18, 2025; the project is being regularized to obtain a Certificate of Occupancy, with the work estimated at $2,500 and $150 in fees paid.
