421 Kentucky Ave building permit submitted for residential alteration

Mark Tod Wright has a residential alteration permit filed for 421 Kentucky Ave. Stephen Edwards House & Building Movers will lift and shore the structure as needed, remove and reattach siding, dig out and install a window well with a cover and add a crawl-space access door in that well, then remove shoring and transfer weight to the new materials. The modest project is estimated at $3,150 and the permit is currently submitted and moving through reviews.
