Fire damage at 3516 Bank St is getting a second act. A 1,200-square-foot residential rebuild and addition is in the works, with one more bedroom, two bathrooms, a kitchen, and a living area planned on top of the two existing front bedrooms.
The owner is Divine Development LLC, and the job is priced at somewhere around $30,000. It’s still in the works, so no, the city hasn’t signed off yet.
