A new screen porch is going up at 2341 Glenmary Ave
A 16-by-30 screen porch is in the works at 2341 Glenmary Ave. That’s a freestanding gable-roofed addition, somewhere around $30,000.
It’s still at the submitted stage, so this one is not up yet. But if you live nearby, you may be looking at a new hangout spot by the time the dust settles.
