A big renovation and porch expansion is going up at 1455 S 6TH ST
A big rehab is coming to 1455 S 6TH ST in Louisville, and it’s a hefty one, somewhere around $150,000.
Light & Light Partners LLC is planning a complete interior overhaul, plus a porch expansion on the rear of the existing 2-story home, with the 2nd-story sun porch being reopened and turned into an open porch.
The city signed off on it on October 1, so this one’s officially in the works.
