A covered deck is in the works at 13401 Hollows Ln in Louisville, and it’s getting a little bigger too.
The plan is to add 4 feet to the left side of the deck, then put a roof over the whole thing to match the house. It’s pegged at somewhere around $30,000.
Work is still in the works, so the city hasn’t signed off on the whole thing yet.
