A new deck is going up behind 1607 S 4th St
A little elevated deck is in the works at 1607 S 4TH ST in Louisville. It’s set to be about 5 feet by 6 feet off the rear of the building, up around 30 feet high, with steps down to the ground and a third-floor stair, all for somewhere around $30,000.
The city hasn’t signed off yet, so this one’s still in the works.
