A 546-square-foot composite deck is in the works at 8300 Grandel Forest Way in Louisville, and it’s a big one.
The plan calls for a new free-standing Trex deck with two 3-step staircases, white railing, and a Pebble Beach finish, somewhere around $35,500.
It’s still at the submitted stage, so this one’s not out there yet.
