A new 448-square-foot deck is in the works at 7903 Stonemeadow Dr in Louisville, and it’s not a little makeover. The plan calls for tearing out the old deck and sunroom, then building fresh in the same footprint, with part of the new deck covered by a shed-style roof.
It’s priced around $35,000, so this one’s aiming a lot higher than a weekend project and a couple of stubborn screws.
