A new Trex deck is going up at 14407 Broad Oak Pl
A new Trex deck is in the works at 14407 Broad Oak Pl, and it’s not a little weekend project.
The plan is to replace the old deck with one that rises 10 feet at its tallest point, with Trex aluminum railing and a 4-foot walkway out to the driveway.
Somewhere around $80,000 is riding on this one, so you can expect a fairly serious backyard makeover.

The city has not published a date for when this began.
