A new 318-square-foot deck is in the works at 1004 Malone Pl, and this one is getting a full reset.
The plan calls for tearing out the old deck, hauling off the debris, then putting up new 6x6 posts, framing, a 19-foot-by-12-foot-1.5-inch deck, and an L-shaped stair setup with a landing.
It’s still in the works, so no sawdust parade just yet.
