200 CHOCTAW RD building permit for 38' x 16' screened patio addition

Owner Scott A. Thornberry is planning to add a 38' by 16' (608 sq ft) screened patio to the back of his house at 200 Choctaw Rd. The one-story addition will have a shed-style roof, tile over a concrete slab, and five openings with motorized screens/doors measuring 8' high by 12' wide; Thornberry says he'll be self-performing the work. The patio sits inside the existing fenced yard well outside required setbacks and carries an estimated cost of $100,000.
