3600 Stacy Ct building permit to install a 12' x 20' storage shed

Kenneth E. and Roy Ann Krahwinkel are installing a new 12' x 20' storage shed at 3600 Stacy Ct to replace an old shed that was torn down. The Back Yard Products DIY kit was purchased online (they paid extra for installation); the 240-sq-ft, 13-ft-tall shed will sit on a bed of rock with runners, stay at least 6 feet from property lines and easements, and the project is estimated at about $5,000.
