7907 SUNBURY LN building permit filed for 12x27 Trex deck with privacy wall
Evans Home Renovations is proposing a new 12'x27' Trex composite deck at 7907 Sunbury Ln for homeowners Ricky T. Henninger Sr. and Pamela J. Henninger. The deck will sit about 3 feet off the ground, include one set of stairs and a 6-foot-tall privacy wall on one side, with the project estimated at $28,000.
