12606 Bay Tree Way applied for a building permit for residential addition
Evans Home Renovations is proposing a two-level 12x20 Trex composite deck with a gable roof at 12606 Bay Tree Way for owner Deborah W. Duncan, with the project valued at an estimated $85,000. The top deck will have stairs down to the lower deck and will be built with grade-1 pressure-treated framing, 2-ply 9-1/4" LVL roof beams, and 4"x4" steel posts for the roof and supports.
