12606 Bay Tree Way applied for a building permit for residential addition

Evans Home Renovations is proposing a two-level 12x20 Trex composite deck with a gable roof at 12606 Bay Tree Way for owner Deborah W. Duncan, with the project valued at an estimated $85,000.
