Kentucky Quality Flip LLC is handling a residential addition for owner Martinez Alexeys Alvarez at 7107 Greengate Ct. The project adds a 43' x 3' porch with complete wood framing, extends the roof on both sides to match the existing pitch, installs a 2-2x12 beam, new asphalt shingles, integrated soffit and gutters, and matching support columns plus a 10x10 railing on the second story, with the work estimated at $30,000. It looks like a tidy exterior update meant to blend right in with the current house.
