122 Heady Ave building permit submitted for rear home addition
Owner Douglas Dowell Jr. has submitted plans for a rear addition at 122 Heady Ave that will add roughly 779 sq ft — including a new kitchen, a bedroom (bringing the total to four), a crawl space and new roofing on the two-story home. The project is estimated at $98,000 and will be handled by Mike Hayes of Hayes Contracting LLC.
The city has not published a date for when this began.
