Owner Clentin H. Cox is planning a covered front porch at 7708 Terry Rd., building over the existing concrete porch and extending it the full length of the house. The addition is about 295 square feet with a project value estimated at $17,500 and doesn’t add bedrooms or new living units. Looks like a simple, curb-facing refresh that should make the house more porch-friendly.
