7007 Creekton Dr Building Permit for 20x10 Aluminum Pergola Addition
Owner Naik Vinayak is adding an extruded‑aluminum louvered pergola to the existing deck at 7007 Creekton Dr — a roughly 20x10 structure that will be anchored to the exterior brick wall on one side and fastened to the deck base on the other. The 200‑square‑foot addition will be outfitted with low‑powered electric heaters and a DC ceiling fan for year‑round comfort. The residential addition permit lists the project value at an estimated $4,000, so it looks like a cozy upgrade rather than a major remodel.
The city has not published a date for when this began.
