2102 Lancashire Ave building permit submitted for 20x12 rear residential addition

Fackler Homes Inc. is proposing a residential 20' x 12' rear addition at 2102 Lancashire Ave that will add a bedroom, full bathroom, walk-in closet and a 6-foot deck tying into the existing covered deck. The project for owner Breanne Michelle Jones is estimated at $150,000 and also includes reconfiguring the kitchen by removing interior partition walls, stripping first-floor plaster and drywall to the studs for new insulation and drywall, and adding an extra HVAC unit with the addition built over an insulated concrete-block crawlspace with 36 inches of working space.
