McClure & Koerber Family Trust has applied for a building permit to add a cozy 9x11-foot addition to the existing kitchen at 2605 Anchor Way. The one-story, roughly 100-square-foot bump-out will sit on a concrete foundation with joist flooring, be clad in Hardie Board siding under a metal roof, and is estimated at $100,000.
