704 Merrifield Rd applied for residential rear addition building permit
JR Enterprise Services is proposing a residential addition to the rear roof at 704 Merrifield Rd for owners Douglas P. and Lisa M. Mercurio. The work adds about 520 square feet with an estimated cost of $20,000, so it looks like a modest back-roof extension rather than a full remodel.
The city has not published a date for when this began.
