17810 Bridle Run Dr building permit for rear deck

Reddy Lokesha Kodigenahalli Chinnapp is proposing a new elevated rear deck at 17810 Bridle Run Dr, with the project estimated at $25,000. The open-air deck will be roughly 32 by 16 feet (about 512 sq ft), sitting about 9.75 feet above grade on pressure-treated posts and concrete footings, and includes a ~5-foot stair with intermediate landing on the right that brings the overall width to about 38 feet.
