15321 Piercy Mill Rd building permit submitted for 637 sq ft addition

Daniel E. Gonzalez has submitted a building permit for a 637-square-foot rear addition at 15321 Piercy Mill Rd to expand the kitchen and dining area. The proposed work would bring the house to about 8 feet from the septic tank instead of the current 20 feet, and Gonzalez wants to know if that tighter setback is permitted before ordering blueprints.
