1207 Johnson Ridge Rd building permit for attached seasonal sunroom

Owner Chenna Vijay Kumar has applied for a building permit to add an attached seasonal sunroom at 1207 Johnson Ridge Road. The proposed 14-foot by 18-foot (about 252 sq ft) rear sunroom would sit on a reinforced concrete slab with 6x6 pressure-treated posts, exterior windows, a sliding glass door and a gable roof, with the project estimated at $10,000 and HOA approval currently pending.
