1207 Johnson Ridge Rd applied for building permit for sunroom addition
Vijay Kumar Chenna is planning a 14' x 18' attached seasonal sunroom at the rear of his home at 1207 Johnson Ridge Rd. The 252-square-foot addition will sit on an 18" deep reinforced 4,000 PSI concrete slab over compacted gravel, sport a gable roof with asphalt shingles (metal optional), vinyl siding, a mix of vinyl windows and polycarbonate panels, a sliding patio door and six 6x6 posts, use limited electrical from existing exterior outlets, and is estimated at $10,000 with no plumbing or HVAC work proposed.
The city has not published a date for when this began.
