Taylor Menard, with Tim Menard Construction as the licensed contractor, is proposing a residential addition to add a three-car garage and a mother-in-law suite to the side of the house at 180 Westwind Rd. The two-story, 2,500-square-foot project for owner Christoph Hans George Fuchs is estimated at $800,000 and would add one bedroom (bringing the total to five); the permit has been submitted and is in the review queue.
