1930 Scenic Lakes Dr applied for building permit for residential addition

Evans Home Renovations has applied to add a new Trex deck at 1930 Scenic Lakes Dr for the Van Hook Family Revocable Living Trust — the deck will be 16x32, about 3'8" tall, and include a 6' privacy wall on one side. The residential addition is estimated at $45,000 and is currently submitted for review, so neighbors may soon see a roomy, private outdoor upgrade taking shape.
