2907 Lexington Rd building permit submitted for ADU and garages

Trade Works Remodeling LLC is proposing a new single-story ADU and garage work for owner Sherwin Christopher Nyx at 2907 Lexington Rd. The plan adds a 1,650 sq ft structure on slab that will connect to the existing detached rear garage and also builds an attached garage onto the back of the main house, with plumbing and electrical tied back into the main home and an estimated project value of $400,000. In short, the property would gain a second dwelling unit plus some welcome extra garage space.
