1750 Fernwood Avenue building permit submitted for carport installation
Luke's Repairs and Renovations LLC (licensed contractor Luke Plescia) is installing a pre-built cedar post-and-beam carport for owner Georgia Patera at 1750 Fernwood Ave. The project calls for pouring footers and placing a 288-square-foot, single-story carport over the existing driveway slab, with the work estimated at $18,972 — a neat way to add covered parking and some cedar charm.
The city has not published a date for when this began.
