Hublar Lawn and Landscape LLC is proposing a 20' x 38' pool house at 5212 Spring Mist Ct for owners Christopher & Pulac Okuma Living Tru. The residential addition would be about 760 square feet with an estimated project value of $175,000 and is currently submitted as a building-permit application. Looks like a proper poolside hangout is in the works for that backyard.
