8712 Blue Lick Rd Building Permit submitted for 20x20 Residential Addition

Owner Medina Nolaisi Robert plans a 20' x 20' (400 sq ft) family room addition onto the rear of the single-family home at 8712 Blue Lick Rd. The owner/builder project, estimated at $10,000, will be wood-frame with a gable roof tied into the existing roof, interior drywall and basic flooring, one entry door and a window on each of three exterior walls, with one existing window removed and infilled to match.
