9814 Mary Dell Ln Building permit submitted for wheelchair ramp

Owners Detra Anderson and Jeffrey S. have submitted a building permit to install a wheelchair ramp at 9814 Mary Dell Ln. The ramp will run from the front porch, cover about 250 square feet, and is estimated at $7,500; it’s set 25 feet from the front property line and 15 feet from each side and will be built to comply with KRC 2018. Looks like a more accessible entrance is on the way for this home.
