2600 Fallen Leaf Ct building permit submitted for 14x18 deck
Forrester Home Renovations is planning work at 2600 Fallen Leaf Ct for owners Steve Giacobbe and Jennifer Owen. They’ll construct an approximately 14-by-18-foot covered deck with composite decking and a wood ceiling, replace an existing window with a new slider door, and list the project at about 250 sq ft with an estimated cost of $75,000.
