3710 Hillsdale Rd building permit submitted for rear residential addition

Chris Ivey, working with Smithfield Construction & Remodeling, LLC., has submitted a permit to add a sizable rear addition to the house at 3710 Hillsdale Rd. The residential project for owner Lin Celina Margaret would add about 810 sq ft on the lower level, 925 sq ft on the first floor and 825 sq ft on the second (including one new bedroom), with a project value estimated at $525,000 and the permit currently submitted and awaiting review.
