Deena Kinkade Adams is overhauling the existing addition at 644 Upland Rd, demolishing it to make way for two new attached structures and a coved patio that will add a family room, master bedroom, two baths, an office, pantry and new basement space underneath. The one-story residential addition totals about 1,060 sq ft, adds one bedroom (bringing the home to three), is roughly 16 feet tall, and has an estimated project value of $175,000.
