2300 Rutherford Wynd Building Permit filed for Weyland Residence Addition

Owner Weyland William Kent has filed plans for a big remodel at 2300 Rutherford Wynd to add on and update the Weyland Residence. The $600,000 project adds a two-story wing to the west, a single-story addition to the south, an expanded entry porch to the north, and a new one-story garage to the east, with cement stucco finishes matched to the existing home. A variance was approved to allow 3-foot sideyard setbacks and a zero-foot rear setback, so some additions will sit closer to the property lines than usual.
