8513 BRANCHTREE PL building permit submitted for 16x12 room addition

Owners Kevin A. and Mary Marcella Oshea are adding a 16-foot-wide by 12-foot room onto the back of their house at 8513 Branchtree Pl. The addition will replace the current deck, have a 3/12 shed-style roof tied into the existing roof, be supported by two posts on footers with a 14-inch LVL spanning the opening, and the project is estimated at $59,000.
