Owner Ayala Alberto Trejo is proposing an addition to the residence at 6912 Daisy Ave. The plan adds roughly 780 sq ft to the rear of the existing ~600 sq ft wood‑framed house — creating two new bedrooms, an office, a new kitchen and extra living space while the current kitchen is converted into a bedroom, bringing the home to about 1,400 sq ft, with the project estimated at $10,000.
