JDL Improvements LLC is proposing a porch-and-deck project at 12611 Crest Arm Road for owner Douglas Weidman, adding a covered front porch, a covered deck, and an open-air deck. The one-story build is about 689 square feet, tops out around 18 feet, and is estimated at $125,000—so it looks like a pretty substantial home upgrade.
