Michael Hardin has applied to add a new sunroom and deck at 243 Cecil Ave for owners Jason E. Williams and Cheryl L. Williams. The one-story, 528-square-foot project is estimated at $125,000, will be about 9 feet tall, and doesn’t include an automatic sprinkler system — so it looks like a cozy, modest expansion rather than a big overhaul.
