1036 E Burnett Ave applied for outdoor seating permits

Beer Engine, LLC is applying for outdoor sidewalk and street seating at 1036 E Burnett Ave on the Hickory Street side of the property. They're planning 13 tables and 31 chairs under sun sails (8 tables in the street, 5 on the sidewalk), must keep a 5-foot ADA path clear at all times, and were approved to use business-owned water barriers that must not encroach into the driving lane.
