ATT Southeast has been issued a ROW Large Area Block Permit for work at 3719 Bardstown Rd, scheduled from July 28, 2026 to August 28, 2026. The 31-day project lists no lane, street, or sidewalk closures (and zero in-ground hubs), so it looks like limited right-of-way work that shouldn’t close the road, and there are outstanding fees of $1,550 with no inspections posted yet.
