Brook St AT&T ROW access for manholes and cable placement

AT&T Southeast is planning manhole access for cable placement and splice work on Brook St between Broadway and W College St (roughly bounded by S Floyd St and S 3rd St). The job will require temporary driving-lane and sidewalk closures and will also close the I-65 northbound ramp to Brook St for conduit work — the timing is tied to the KYTC I-65 project so the ramp closure will wait until I-65 is closed.
